APAC Onboarding is a digital learning and integration platform developed by Novo Nordisk for its employees across the Asia–Pacific (APAC) region. The platform aims to provide team members from diverse countries and cultures with a comprehensive introduction to the company’s values, operational processes, and organizational culture.
The visual identity of the project draws inspiration from Novo Nordisk’s iconic bull logo. The circular form created from the bull’s horns symbolizes the diversity, unity, and growth of the Asia–Pacific nations as they advance through learning. This symbolic circle represents the core values of the platform: togetherness, development, continuous learning, and forward momentum.
The design approach behind APAC Onboarding focuses on creating a modern, inclusive, and culturally connected brand experience. As a result, the project is positioned not merely as a training tool, but as an inspiring onboarding journey for Novo Nordisk’s regional employees.
